Napp Nazworth
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Napp Nazworth, Ph.D., worked in academia for six years, teaching courses in U.S. government, Congress, and religion and politics. For 8 1/2 years he was a journalist, opinion editor, and politics editor for The Christian Post. His 2006 dissertation from the University of Florida was on the Christian Right.

Neal Rickner, Chairman
Neal is the CEO of Airloom Energy, an early stage energy technology company that has the potential to disrupt the utility-scale wind market. Before Airloom, Neal served as the CEO of BridgeTek Energy and Managing Partner of Elevation Ventures. Prior to these roles, Neal spent nearly a decade at Google and Google[x] leading teams and developing energy projects. Prior to working in tech, Neal served 12 years on active duty in the US Marine Corps as an F/A-18 pilot and forward air controller. He completed three tours in Iraq between 2003 and 2007, earning the Bronze Star and (13) Air Medals. He transitioned from active duty in 2009, earning dual masters degrees (business and international affairs) from Columbia University.
Kaitlyn Schiess
Kaitlyn Schiess is a writer, author, and a ThD student at Duke Divinity School studying political theology, ethics, and biblical interpretation. She has a ThM in systematic theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. Kaitlyn is the author of The Liturgy of Politics: Spiritual Formation for the Sake of Our Neighbor, released with InterVarsity Press in September 2020. She has written about theology, politics, and culture at places like Christianity Today, The New York Times, Christ and Pop Culture, CT Women, RELEVANT, Sojourners, Fathom, and the Christian Research Journal.
Daniel Bennett
Daniel Bennett is Professor of Political Science at John Brown University, where he is also Director of the Center for Faith and Flourishing. He has published research on the politicization of religious freedom, group attitudes and constitutional rights, Christian legal advocacy, and more. He has written for popular outlets such as Christianity Today and Religion and Politics, and has appeared in media sources like the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and National Public Radio. He is the author of two books: Uneasy Citizenship: Embracing the Tension in Faith and Politics, and Defending Faith: The Politics of the Christian Conservative Legal Movement.
Caleb Campbell
Pastor Campbell graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Masters of Arts in Ministry from Phoenix Seminary in 2015 and is currently a doctoral student at Fuller Theological Seminary. He has served at Desert Springs Bible Church in Phoenix, AZ, since 2006, serving as Lead Pastor since 2015. He is the founder and director of Disarming Leviathan Ministries (DisarmingLeviathan.com), which equips people to reach Christian Nationalists as a mission field. His book, Disarming Leviathan: Loving Your Christian Nationalist Neighbor, is available wherever fine books are sold.

Mike Austin
Mike Austin is Foundation Professor of Philosophy at Eastern Kentucky University. His published work is focused on character, Christian spiritual formation, and how these relate to the common good. He also writes about controversial issues - in recent years Christian ethics and gun violence, conspiracy theories, and American Christian Nationalism. His work has appeared or been featured at Christianity Today, HuffPost, Utne Reader, Beliefnet, and NPR.
Amy Black
Amy E. Black is Professor of Political Science at Wheaton College (IL), where she has taught since 2001. She earned her Ph.D. in Political Science at M.I.T. A specialist in American Government, her research interests include religion and politics, fostering civil dialogue, and Congress. She served as an APSA Congressional Fellow in the office of Representative Melissa A. Hart. Her recent publications include the report “Christianity, Pluralism, and Public Life in the United States: Insights from Christian Leaders,” co-authored with Michael Wear and Civil Religion and the Renewal of American Politics, co-authored with Douglas L. Koopman (Cambridge University Press, 2025).
David Koyzis
David T. Koyzis holds a PhD in government and international studies from the University of Notre Dame and taught undergraduate political science for thirty years. He is currently an affiliated scholar with Global Scholars Canada and is the author of three books: Political Visions and Illusions (2019), We Answer to Another: Authority, Office, and the Image of God (2014); and Citizenship Without Illusions (2024). He and his wife live in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
